RecommendedWe have been with Dr Mauna for 7 years and three surgeries on our Golden Retriever. I cannot express how kind and understanding he is with the pets and with the owners. It makes the hard times easier. And you know you can trust him and his staff to be loving and kind to your animals.
Dr. Mauna and the entire staff at Sendero Animal Hospital make you feel like you are taking your pet to a family member. I have been to a handful of vets in the South OC area and none of them compare to Sendero's attention to professional care.
They have taken excellent care of Leo & Grace since their very first visit!! Everyone there is friendly and compassionate.So happy to have found them.

We love Sendero Animal Hospital! Everyone is so kind and caring, they take their time with us, they are good listeners and they cared well for our little cat. Recently our cat passed away and they were so helpful, guiding us through every step and giving us as much time as possible with her. Then this week we received a beautiful card with kind messages from all the staff as well as an imprint of Tabitha’s paw prints. Best vet ever!
Dr. Mauna is a wonderful, compassionate vet to both our dogs and cats. I would highly recommend him!
