Great customer service, Shelly @ sales, Jay @ Support, were both amazing, love the hometown feel! When you purchase you are part of the Subaru Family and the Sendell Family, you don't get this kind of service from anyone!
I looked at 3 different dealerships before I went to Subaru. I can say Sendell Subaru was by far the best!!! I walked in and said what I wanted to pay and they were so nice working with me to get the car I wanted the paperwork went fast and I walked out with a band new car best experience iv had at a dealership. Thanks to Joshua Tomson for working with us and being so kind I will definitely be getting all my cars from here and I highly recommend you do too!
Worst service ever! Took my car in for an oil change, and 3 days later the engine started knocking. Took it back and was told that it was knocking when I first came in...LIES!!! I work in the service industry and this is not the way you treat customers if you ever want them to return, which I NEVER will, nor will anyone I know. Don't call your customers liars! CROOKS AND THIEVES!
This dealership truly cares about their customers. I spoke with other dealerships who gave me nothing but a run around. Shelley was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She made my first car buying experience such a smooth and exciting process!
Had my second service done on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. Was met with smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door. Shuttle service was amazing so I didn’t have to sit and wait. Only took about an hour for them to finish with my vehicle. Was met again with smiling faces when I came to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership from the sales team to the service team. They are top notch!
We’ve had our Outback for a month now and love it. Josh was great throughout the purchase and Jay was a lot of fun and really knows his cars! Had a blast during the new car review! So pleased we recommended Josh to my brother in law.
Everytime I'm here, I'm greated by name and accompanied with all of my questions answered in a friendly and timely manner. I'm due for a new Subaru in a couple months and there's no other dealership I plan on going to.
