Recommendedthe staff was real attentive to my needs and the Dentist did a excellent job calming my nerves and asking me to make sure that I'm not feeling anything but pressure and my tooth was out in about 5 minutes and I didn't know it was out lol I totally recommend Senatobia Dental Care
I have been to this dentist 3 times and all 3 times he hasn't given me enough numbing medication before starting the procedure and everytime after he gave me more hed leave for an hour to 2 hours at a time before coming back, and I've gotten 3 fillings from here and all 3 have fallen out completely or cracked within a year, would not recommend to anyone
Staff is clearly not focused on customer service. Won’t look up insurance with all insurance information including the member number. Even after them assuring us over the phone they don’t need the card if we had all the information. They didn’t even offer to let us pay cash for visit. We’ll be going somewhere else. Do not recommend.
I have had the BEST CARE and BEST experience at Dr Alfords office, I would definitely reccomend him to anyone, and Karen Campbell is the SWEETEST assistant, although I have a long road of Dentist visits ahead. God placed me in the BEST HANDS ever💙
Dr Alford and staff are great! I have had 2 dental emergencies the past few years my dentist said both times they were booked and would see me in 3 days. I called Senatobia dental care and was able to get in same day both times. I won’t be going back to my previous dentist and will be sticking with Dr Alford for all my dental needs! Thank you Senatobia dental care!!
