LOVE LOVE LOVE that they source local food and supplies from around SE Minnesota and SW Wisconsin, and put forth effort to recycle/reuse and even to encourage people to keep money local by using cash, instead of supporting the credit card industry!! ...and oh yeah, the food is amazing and nourishing.
