First time going to this nail salon and the services was really great. As soon as I walked inside I was greeted. I was about to sit until called and they were ready for me that fast. My pedi and manicure was just the way I like .I will definitely be back . Thanks
I will visit this place again. They gave me complimatery mimosas and a back massage after my pedicure needless to say I was relaxed after I left.
We stopped by Sin Nail about 30 minutes before closing with a group of four (myself, Carlos, Sophie, and Kaisley) hoping to get manicures and pedicures. They were so kind and welcoming, never making us feel rushed. The whole team had such a great attitude, and they did an amazing job on all of us! We really appreciated them accommodating us so close to closing time and still giving us top-quality service. Highly recommend!
I have been a faithful customer here for about 4 years, but no longer after today. My young daughter and I came for pedicures before school starts and I was charged $15 to remove my dip nails. It is my mistake to not confirm the charge that seemed so obvious on their website, pricing board, and brochure (Removal with service +$5, see photos). It seems to me that if you have any service booked, it would only cost $5 for removal. Good customer service would sound like "I'm so sorry and I see your confusion - how can we make it... read more
