I’ve been thinking about solar for a while now and finally had my first meeting with a Semper Solaris representative. Mark I**** was very professional. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of our questions and I felt very good about the whole experience and product. They are at the top of my list!!!
Semper solaris Bakersfield has the absolute worse customer service! my job took about 7mos. Failed inspection and my panel had to be moved twice. they lost the plans to my job. I had to turn to youtube to learn how to turn it on because they wouldn't call me back!
This is my second house that I have installed solar on. I don’t want to mention the other company but semper Solaris was leaps and bounds better. My sales rep Kurt V********* was able to answer all my questions and didn’t have to make phone calls to get answers like the rest of the companies. The customer service was great and the install looks beautiful .
Solar system is complete and generating solar power! Being a former Navy Captain I reached out to Semper Solaris since they are veteran owned and operated. My wife and I met with Genevieve the solar representative. She was very informative and took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and was very patient answering all of our questions. After two years of shopping I finally found the right company for me. I had just about every company you can imagine out to my house and I just never felt comfortable with any of them. I finally decided to try one more time and had Semper Solaris come out. They sent out Kurt V********* and I immediately thought this is different from the rest. He wasn’t pushy and he was able to answer all of our questions. We have been installed now for just about six months and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Semper Solaris!!!!!!!
Recently finished our New roof and Solar system with Semper Solaris. After having a friend have his solar done by them we decided to get some quotes. Working with Mark I**** we got a quote that was lower than the competition and the product offered was far better. Excellent customer service. Semper Solaris is very serious about taking care of their customers. There are so many different companies out there and I am happy with the decision to go with them. Kurt was our rep and he was always available throughout the installation process. When we had questions, he was easy to contact and always had the answers. The tax credits were a big help with the initial expense and the lifelong savings will be extremely helpful. The panels look great and the job was completed quickly.
