We had our HVAC system serviced by Brian J. at Semper Solaris. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He explained to us how the system works during a dust storm (which we get regularly). We highly recommend Semper Solaris and Brian J. to service your unit.
Update 8 Months, still a fire hazard. Initially told I could use a different contractor. Now I was told I have to use Semper Solaris to replace the panel or lose my warranty. I have submitted payment. I have signed all the contracts. I have repeatedly emailed and called Raymond Torres with no answers for the last three weeks. Originally Review: Not sure why this great company has gone downhill. I had requested work done in August 2024 to add additional panels and batteries.
