Miguel C arrived on time to troubleshoot the startup of our new solar battery backup system installed by Semper Solaris. He was great, he was especially patient with me (an old guy) as I am not digitally knowledgeable. He got the system working and got me connected with the Tesla app, walking me through the in’s and out’s of navigating with it.
