Purchased a solar system from them 2 years ago. A micro inverter went out and the part from the manufacturer was free but they want $1000 for the installation. It will take me 10 years to recover that investment. Military owned but terrible customer service. I will never purchase solar from them ever again.

Our solar WiFi communication device failed. Angie was was able to resolve our issue quickly, and now our solar power app is working great again. She was professional and prompt, wonderful service experience overall.

Angie C. was proactive in getting my issue resolved. I had originally scheduled a virtual call and the soonest I could do was Friday, 5/29. Angie called me 3 days before and informed me of the background work she’d done after seeing my case and I’m blown away by this type of customer service. It’s thoughtful and considerate.
