Took so long to make the contact with Support that by then the problem had fixed itself. Nonetheless, Josh monitored the situation for a week, reached out to Solar Edge for additional help, and I'm completely satisfied with Support, and really happy with my system.
Brian J was very friendly and professional during my annual service call. He inspected all units and cleaned the outside condenser for my mini split system.
