WARNING THEY ARE CLOSED NO LONGER IN BUSINESS I showed up to my 10:00 AM appointment on May 1 at the Alpharetta location for SEMPER Laser and the office was completely empty. The door was unlocked, no staff inside, and no signage or notice explaining what was going on. What’s most frustrating is that I received appointment confirmations just days ago with the same address, and at no point was I informed that this location may have closed or would not be staffed. Would not recommend - I guess I can’t recommend even if I had wanted to because they cancelled all current AND future appointments (one of mine being less than 24 hours away) without explanation. Thankfully I was still within my “free trial period”, however, they had JUST given me an hour presentation about committing to their lifetime membership for a few thousand. Update: within 6 days, this has become a very disrespectful experience. The team -knowing they are closing the Alpharetta location - failed to mention it and now I was advised all my appointments need to be reschedule to the Peachtree location, when I specifically stated it was too far from me. Complete silence from them when I asked for an explanation. AWFUL! The team is wonderful! They explained everything step by step and their vibes are amazing!!

I had a session with ‘Morgan’, she was great. She was so welcoming and answered my silly doubts too. So far having a good experience with Semper.
