I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy. Dr. Ado is sweet in person, however, when it comes to meeting patients needs, they lack tremendously. When trying to call, text, or message through the portal, no one ever responds. As a veteran, my medication should be prescribed through the VA pharmacy as written through the contract, but I was lied to and told that was not possible. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who actually cares about their well-being.
Dr Odo is amazing, so easy to talk to and relatable, and kind. I can tell she really cares about her patients. I feel very grateful to have found her. If you need help and want the support of a caring Dr, pay her and SemperHealthcare a visit.
Services were consistently unreliable. While the psychiatrist appeared attentive and indicated prescriptions would be submitted the same day, they were often not, leading to withdrawal symptoms from missed mental health medications. Attempts to pursue TMS treatment were repeatedly unsuccessful due to scheduling issues and frequent cancellations. There was also a high turnover in staff, contributing to a lack of continuity in care. Overall, the experience was very poor.
