This company prides themselves on being a veteran owned company and then screwed me and my wife over who are both veterans, they told us one set price before the work and then got a statement of charges after the work and was double the price. **************** was horrendous!!! During the hottest days of October 2024, this company took 2 weeks & 3 days & FIVE different **********s to repair my air conditioning!! First ********** tried to sell me parts that were not broken & didnt seem to know what he was doing. He & the next 2 techs diagnosed an issue that was COMPLETELY different than what the 4th tech (with 25 yrs of experience) finally diagnosed! They send a salesman to scam you. They quoted me over 15k for a repair. I got it fixed for $350 elsewhere.

Semper Fi tried to trick me into buying a new unit for $11,000 's dollars, but another company fixed it for $500's. Now their trying to tell me I got a new unit from them when I didn't!!! I have another company that comes twice a year, and said my account unit was fine, but now all of a sudden semper fi comes out, and there's a leak!!

*************. Had them to come out and diagnose that a blower fan in one of my AC units needed a replacement in the middle of summer. Tech said it'd be a two days before they can come out and replace it. Two days went by, and then I called every day and got vague answers on what was going on. I couldn't get a hold of the tech either. Eventually, nine days later I finally got an answer after I told them I was going to do a chargeback. They finally said that they can replace the blower and sent the same tech out the next day.... read more

Be careful with this company. They charged me the full amount $2200 up front, misdiagnosed the problem, and then refused to give me an appt stating they couldnt find the correct part in the whole city of *******. Also they told me just to replace the unit for $14,000. Called another company who said just the fan was out and replaced it in a few mins for much less. They also told me I didnt need a new unit but if we did it would be $7500.

Service tech do their job very well. However, when it comes to communication and warranty work, this company doesnt deserve a single star. First off, our unit is only 2 years old. The compressor goes out and we are told it is going to cost $3100 to replace the compressor. That was the labor cost. The compressor is covered by the warranty. So I call to talk to someone about this estimate. I find out that the average cost for labor to replace a compressor is $1100. Very unprofessional company. They installed our first AC unit last June. Since then they had to replace our unit twice. Third unit now. Bad compressor, condenser, leaking refrigerant, loud units. Multiple no shows for repairs. This third is a two stages compressor unit, but only one stage is working. Very loud inside and outside the house. Not what we expected from a new ac unit. We don't recommend this company.

They sold us a bad unit back in June and still have not fixed or replaced it. It's literally waterfalling off of our roof. They've sent so many techs out we've lost count. Some of them are event rude. $17k down the drain. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!
