Excellent customer service, Brad explain in detail on each plan and how the units work. The technicians were very professional, they were very keen in keeping my items clear from debris and prior to leaving explained what they did and how the new thermostat works as well as cleaning up after themselves. Great team work from all of you.

Semper Fi came out same day to take care of the hot water heater even though I noticed the leak at night, 4pm. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous he explained things to me and I was there to see the old unit. The new unit was replaced within 10 hours, the new unit has things my old unit lacked brining it up to code. It was a really good price.

We had a great experience with Semper Fi! I originally chose them because they’re veteran owned and I support that 100%, but I wasn’t expecting the great customer service we received! I originally called for a tune up and Alan was great! He was thorough and showed us exactly how our system looked (which wasn’t good). We’ve never had someone do that. We had no water coming into our house due to a pipe burst.on a Friday night .Semprr Fi was able to come to fix the problem on Saturday morning with in a short amount of time after my call. We are 2 disabled seniors who are very grateful for there professional and speedy assistance. Joey was the man who came to do the work. He was great!

Semper Fi is just breaking into the Tucson area after many years in business in Mesa. I have to say that my experience with them this past week has been phenomenal. I believe that they offered me the best deal that I could possibly find for my HVAC system without sacrificing quality. The sales person and technicians who came to my home we’re all very professional and courteous and most importantly, informative. I highly recommend this company.
