Excellent customer service, Brad explain in detail on each plan and how the units work. The technicians were very professional, they were very keen in keeping my items clear from debris and prior to leaving explained what they did and how the new thermostat works as well as cleaning up after themselves. Great team work from all of you.

So, I called to get a quote on having a mini-split system installed. Now, at no point did I tell any of the individuals I spoke with that I am a veteran. Not until, of course, after I was given my quote. After I was given the quote, I then told the individual who gave me the quote, "I'm a veteran, so I get the 20% discount that you advertise in the Welcome Home AZ Magazine?" Semper Fi were great! They were clear with information from the time we made the appointment, until installation! Their salesman was knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and he helped guide us to the right unit choice for us. Plus, installation was done the next day, which was great because our cooler was broken and temps were going up by the day. I would very much recommend them to anyone going forward!

When I called Semper Fi heating and cooling showed me pictures of my old air conditioner on the roof and I can't believe that it was working at all; Rusted coils, leaking fluids, etc. They were able to get us a new air conditioner the next day. All of their sales and service people were respectful, professional, and absolutely competent at their jobs. I can rest easy knowing I have a 10-year warranty on anything that goes wrong with my system. With two free years of service, that's not really a possibility. I wholeheartedly ... read more

These guys are an amazing company! Had an entire system replacement done from top to bottom in less than 4 days (and that was because I asked to delay - they were ready in 48hrs...IN MAY)! Joe came out and did an honest assessment. Explained everything to me and offered 3 different price points never making me feel like he was rail-roading me to his highest priced option.
