So, I called to get a quote on having a mini-split system installed. Now, at no point did I tell any of the individuals I spoke with that I am a veteran. Not until, of course, after I was given my quote. After I was given the quote, I then told the individual who gave me the quote, "I'm a veteran, so I get the 20% discount that you advertise in the Welcome Home AZ Magazine?" Excellent customer service, Brad explain in detail on each plan and how the units work. The technicians were very professional, they were very keen in keeping my items clear from debris and prior to leaving explained what they did and how the new thermostat works as well as cleaning up after themselves. Great team work from all of you.
