My Service Tech Dustin was fantastic. He was very timely, polite and thorough. He went through my system and told me everything was working fine. Semper Fi is a great company. I arrived in Mesa 4 years ago and called them to install a new Heat Pump in my MH. I have been with them ever since and have no plans of switching. Great Techs and overall great company!!

Cherry, I would like to commend the technicians that replaced my A/C in doing an outstanding job. They were professional and throughly explained the operational aspects of the new thermostat. I would rate my experience from the start of my phone call to your company for service all the way to the end of the A/C installation, an overall top rating of 5. And thank you for expedite everything.

Everything was very easy to set up and the technician who came out was phenomenal. He explained everything he was doing and gave me suggestions on how to keep my ac unit working efficiently. He was very polite professional and was far superior of any ac service I have had and I’ve had many living here for 10 years. I really appreciate your company and will be using you moving forward as you guys have set the standard much higher than all of the other companies out there.

Hello everyone, I would like to tell you about my experience with Serper Fi heating and cooling systems. It was just a phone call after returning home from a trip to find out we had no AC. First Alian, arrived to trouble shut the the situation and found the problem, the very next day at 8:00 AM the to installers Isaac and Matthew were on the scene with all the equipment and tools that they needed, there was no delays and waiting for equipment. I had a great experience with Rodney, the technician who came out for my A/C maintenance. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left.
