Management does not care about their customers. There is no communication between salesmen and scheduling personnel.  We had a tech come out on a Friday. Told us we need a new unit. The tech told my wife my landlord and myself that they would be out Monday morning between 7-9 to replace unit.  I take off of work Monday morning assuming I would be able to work after noon or so. We bought a house back in 2024 that had central air and a mini-split in the AZ room. Since we did not really know much about the status of the AC, I contacted Simper Fi about there $49.00 checkup and cleaning. Made an appointment, and the scheduling and communication were outstanding! That raised the rating from 1 to 2. Technician showed up at time promised. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Checked my water heater, flushed it and reignited it. Very happy with his service

Having odor problems from ducting when hvac is on. Called Semper Fi 5/22/2025. They recommended duct cleaning and Aeroseal service ($3500). I ok'ed it. House is 6 yrs old. They did their thing. Guess what? No change. Problem is still there, the same. What this tells me is that they did not know or investigate the root problem, just recommended this service. No investigation of root problem leads me to believe incompetence. They had been to my home on 2 other occasions and each time recommended a pricey service. I get the dis... read more
