My father who was a veteran who served overseas during Vietnam just passed away in November. Shortly after my mom's heat pump went out at her house. The Semper Fi Team did a terrific job of designing and installing a new HVAC System for our home, all in a single day! Despite significant space challenges, they installed new air handlers and heat pumps of the proper capacity, the result being vastly improved circulation, heating and cooling and much quieter operation. Although I was shocked by the news my 9 year old unit (put in by a different company) needed replaced, I was pleased with the way Semper Fi's technician explained my options and was very understanding and informative. I was also happy that they were able to get me scheduled for the new A/C for the next day as we were experiencing high 90 degree temperatures still. The technicians came right on time the next morning and were friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with cold A/C in a few hours.
Great experience. Jason called ahead and showed up on time for the estimate. Gave us a few different options to find something that worked in our budget. Was able to get a new water heater installed the next day, and he even arrived an hour early. It looks great. I even just got an email with the warrant info already completed. Pricing was fair, service was professional. I am very happy with the entire experience. I would recommend Semper-Fi, and I will definitely use them for other household matters in the future.
Had a great experience with Semper Fi. We had a weekend AC emergency. They were able to come to the house and provide same day quotes and next day service.
