Technician showed up at time promised. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Checked my water heater, flushed it and reignited it. Very happy with his service
Having odor problems from ducting when hvac is on. Called Semper Fi 5/22/2025. They recommended duct cleaning and Aeroseal service ($3500). I ok'ed it. House is 6 yrs old. They did their thing. Guess what? No change. Problem is still there, the same. What this tells me is that they did not know or investigate the root problem, just recommended this service.
