Dr. Jason Weaver is one of my heroes. In 2003 I was having a very difficult time. I was between jobs and had no insurance. After being in pain for seven years (I thought my pain was from stress), a family physician sent me to the Tennessee Department of Neurosurgery where Dr. Weaver was in his second year of residency, or as I've said in amazement countless times since, "He wasn't even a doctor yet!" (I hope Dr. Weaver is forgiving of that erroneous comment) My c-spine was a mess and very unstable, Dr. Weaver performed my su... read more

Dr Brophy has always been very professional and to the point. I like to know where I stand. Surgery on L3 set for Friday. Hope he's as good as he always has been.

I am truly saddened by the lack of care and consideration that I received from Dr Carro today. After 5 days in agonizing pain, he walked into the exam room and did not even spend 5 minutes me with. He treated me like a complete waste of time and not even like a human being.

Business response:

Hi Blythe, We are looking to find the DM with your contact information but do not see it in our inbox. We profusely apologize that you had a negative experience with us. We try our best and pride ourselves on making this a pleasant experience for everyone. Unfortunately, this was not the case with you. Please let us know the best way to contact you. Thank you!

Dr. Jon Robertson is the best neurosurgeon in the world. He removed a tumor from my brother's brain 20 years ago and saved his life. He performed surgery on my C4-5 vertebra on May 23, 2016. I have had neck pain for 8-9 years and it has caused me excruciating pain. I had 7 epidural blocks and the last 2, didn't give me any relief of pain. I worked for Drs. JT and Jon Robertson in the early 1980's. They were the best neurosurgeons back then and even though, Dr. JT has retired, Dr. Jon was still performing surgery and still th... read more

Dr Todd Fountain is the best. He took the time to explain the procedure and within a week surgery has been completed. The nursing and administrative staff were Wonderful.

I give the one star, for Dr. Raul Cardenas. Rude, arrogant, no people skills at all. He called us, You Folks, like we are beneath him. I don't know what happened, here, as I am still confused. He said, we weren't communicating with him, when all we were doing, was trying to explain, the numerous, doctor visits, and the pain, my husband has been in, for 7 months. I know this won't get posted, but, but someone needs to hold this Doctor, accountable, for the way he treated, my husband, who is a retired, vet, with 28 years of ser... read more
