Once you arrive it's the wait to see your doctor when you have an appointment I arrive early but still have to wait an hour or so to be seen.

The only problem I've had has been the wait time for my Dr., and people were seen who had appointments later than mine before me. When you wait about an hour and a half past your time before you're called back, then almost another hour in the exam room, that's too long, and wrong to take others first who's time was after yours. I really like this Dr., but I don't appreciate having that long to wait.

We have seen Dr. Boop twice. He and his staff are very kind! The wait was not long and Dr. Boop is top notch!

I have had a lumbar surgery and a nerve block at Semmes Murphy, and for outpatient surgery, they are absolutely top notch! Everyone is kind and helpful, and treats me with the utmost respect - it's not just some sterile hospital environment with brusque people only doing their job. I would recommend Semmes Murphy to anyone needing any sort of neurological procedure, from a discectomy to a simple nerve block, and I would definitely choose them again!

From the moment I entered the building EVERYONE was friendly and attentative to my needs. Dr. Polk and his staff were absolutely wonderful and made me comfortable from intake thru recovery. Being a healthcare professional myself, it made me more aware of the care I provide to my patients, as well as how important it is to show concern and compassion to those with illness. We love Dr. Raul Cardenas...he performed back surgery on David last year and he is so much better. Dr. Cardenas is always upbeat and kind....as senior citizens, we appreciate him very much! Also appreciate Bonnie, his RN and Michelle....they are always smiling and upbeat also. Staff making appointments very professional.

Love this place! Dr. Michael takes care of me and Dr. Nickele and Dr. Elijovich saved my dad's life along with scores of other doctors that saw him when he was in the hospital.
