I would give them negative stars if it were possible. I set up an appt and had waited over a month to see a doctor there, and they called me one week before the appt to tell me they canceled it. They claimed the reason was because I've already tried every treatment for migraines and they had nothing else to offer me. Dr. L. Madison Michael was recommended to me by the specialist who removed a chondrosarcoma from my head. Dr. Michael monitored the surgical site over months and discovered a regrowth in that area. He performed the gamma knife (a focused radiation procedure) and had been monitoring the site every six months. The staff were efficient and professional. I recommend this clinic.

I'm a registered nurse of over 33yrs experience, I went to the SOUTHAVEN clinic for an appointment to see Dr.Smith. I had been to the emergency room 3 days prior to my visit at his office. I was diagnosed with a Lumbar sprain with Sciatica. My pain was unbearable on a scale of 1-10, I was an 11+. I was told by Dr. Smith to take 'GABAPENTIN 100mg 3 pills 3 times a day with Tylenol, we don't give opiates'. My husband went to see Dr. Chen for cluster headaches. Without any exam or test he said you don’t have them, if anything you have migraines. He was rude and dismissive. He asked about medication’s and who i saw before and he said I can’t give you anything until I know what he did not even bother to get the information from the previous doctor. I can’t even rate him. My husband refuses to go back. The one star should be a minus.

I came to Dr. Wright after several months of unexplained nerve damage, causing pain, muscle twitching, and difficulty walking. This was all detailed in my referring neurologist's records (he apparently did not read them).
