Rachel and her Mother are fabulous! I love to be waited on by them. Rachel's miniature cheesecakes are so incredible, especially, with the fresh fruit on top! The only cheesecake that I ever will eat including, the Cheesecake Factory and Jerry's in Brooklyn, best cheesecake in the world hands down! I've done lots of little get-togethers with friends and always go get a variety of there many sweet treats and everybody adores them! Semi-Sweet helped us with our desserts for our wedding this past September. We did mini cheesecakes and mini fruit custards with blueberries and raspberries. They presented beautifully and tasted even better. Our wedding was in Northern Michigan and they packaged up our items and we were able to have exactly what we wanted. So I was a happy bride! Thank you so much for what you all did, it was perfect and delicious and exactly what we needed. Cheers to all you do!
