Opened in 1900 in an ammunition storage building, Selma's is MInnesota's oldest ice cream shop. Choose from around 30 seasonal and regular flavors like black licorice, blueberry cheesecake, Fat Elvis etc. You can also go for a cup of coffee or pop some tasty candies offered on their menu. This pleasant shop in the picturesque Afton is a must-visit.

Recommended“Exhausted Parent” ice creme is the BEST!!!! Bourbon, espresso, chocolate.... cone or malt..... pure heaven.

Great place!
We stopped at Selma’s shortly before closing time on Mother’s Day. There was a line out the door and down the sidewalk. The staff continued to graciously and efficiently serve the continuous flow of customers arriving. Great service like this accompanied by fantastic ice cream just cannot be beat! ❤️❤️❤️
