Dr. Namburu is an outstanding Physician. His diagnostic skills and his ability to help patients heal is fantastic however, his front line staff are by far the worst healthcare workers that I have ever seen. I recently was treated at Selma Urgent Care for shingles and from the moment that I walked in the door, I was met with hostility from the front desk secretary who treated me like a second class citizen. I went to Urgent Care last Monday. Everyone was so nice. From the ladies at the front desk, the nurse that gave me the flu test, and the dr. Yes I had to wait a little while I was in the exam room waiting on the doctor but they are busy. The phones rang off the hook while I was there & patients were steady coming in. So people have patience when you go. A lot of people are sick & have the flu right now.
I sat in here today from 12:36pm until 2:30pm only to have a the doctor finally come in at 2:20, stay for 2 minutes , tell my that their flu test was negative and called in some antibiotics. Staff was less that friendly and somewhat annoying due to their lack of business and customer care skills. They really need to do a lot better.
