Excellent customer service. Almost walked out with a car
I called last Wednesday about buying a mini van. Never heard back from anyone. Then I called Sunday morning talked to RJ the sales manager about it again. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes. It’s not Monday night and nothing no call no nothing. I wouldn’t even bother trying to buy from here it’s evident you can’t buy anyway
Never got a walk through of my car and just found out my tires are locked by Sears and I didn’t get anything to unlock them so now I have to all the way to Selma for one and purchase it! Not even a year old!
Great Service and team that worked with me was nothing short of fantastic. I had been looking around for a new car for quiet some time. Many dealerships I had visited were very pushy and tried to make a sale day of. At Selma Kia, the sales team and Jamall my sales representative were amazing. I was unable to get out to the dealership, and they were able to work with me and get me the best car for my budget. I would highly recommend Selma Kia to others! I know I will be sending friends that way.
Fabian was so awesome. No pressure from anyone I dealt with. They truly cared about my car buying experience and made it a great one. I will never go back to Nissan again. Selma Kia will always be my first stop. I love my Soul.
