Selma Reed is a Nurse Practitioner under the watchful eye of the main psychiatrist, Dr. Howard Entin. Initial two or three consults were good, and I was placed on Clonazepan(Klonopin). When that failed to work, I requested 3 .5 xanax a day, which she prescribed rather easily. The problem was, once the month came to an end and I sent in a new refill request, the pharmacy received a fax from their office approving 90 more pills.
