I live in a property they rent currently and it is terrible. The washer has been broken for months and the only answer is "We need to contact the owner". There is a mice infestation that was not disclosed to me and they die in the ceiling and smell as they decompose. I went to see a house they had and the realtor that showed me the place smelled like marijuana. In addition to that the walls in this house where not painted so there where old scrapes on the wall everywhere, mousetraps in the basement, roaches and bugs all over the floor, and spider webs still all over the place. I was told they had just cleaned the place but with what I saw the only indication of that house being cleaned was the fact that the carpet had vacuum cleaner lines in it and that is it.
