Absolute SCAM. Breanna Diaz who works here is the most unethical and fraudulent realtor possible. She will blatantly lie to sellers and buyers. She does not read contracts sent to sellers and get them into tough situations where they have no option but to drop the price drastically or fall out of escrow. Along with her foul foul potty mouth,she has no idea what she is doing. I have been a Real Estate Professional with Sellstate Next Gen for almost 10 years. I have worked at several different brokerages in the past and NOTHING compares with Sellstate. Our team and broker are absolutely amazing. We have many different platforms, training, multiple income sources and a broker that always has time to assist. We also have several different fund raisers and many fun events throughout the year. Anyone considering a change of company should consider this as your next home.

Sell State is by far the best Realty company our family has had the pleasure of working with. They absolutely treat their clients as family. It's so nice in this day and age to find a company you trust like a good mechanic or your favorite barber. For all things finding a place to call your home, I can't recommend Sell State Next Gen Realty enough
