I used Alex Mcewen and Mike Mcewen while they were still located in California! I love the Mcewen Realtors. They got me a fantastic deal on a foreclosed home. They made sure tenants were removed before the close of escrow and they ended up being a huge headache that I didn’t have to worry about. They also made sure all the inspections were taken care of and negotiated getting a storage tank put in for my well ( couldn’t have foreseen the amount that has helped due to a slow running well. Best place to buy a house or a condo.
Terry Bailey is the agent representing the buyers of our home. I have to say as far as communication goes, this guy seriously lacks anything resembling professionalism. Showing up 30 minutes early to a showing and expecting to come in. Not communicating with our realtor hardly at all about well, pretty much anything. Not to mention the total lack of self control the inspectors had, trashing our floor and leaving dirty fingerprints all over walls and cabinets, disgusting. Buyers agent, Terry Bailey, is a nightmare to work with! Tried multiple time to increase commission, showed up 30 min early for showings, failed to communicate with sellers agent. Day before closing, he cant confirm if buyers have a time scheduled to sign! Said he still has paperwork buys need to complete! Not sure how this guy is even licensed, hope he has professional E&O, one of his mistakes is going to cost him big time!
