They were very helpful in assisting me in finding exactly the options I needed in the XL size and color style I wanted when I came in and said "I need something spicy that hides stains." The carpet color I decided on was not available immediately, and rather than wait an extra month for it they helped me get a suitable second choice, and got it to me even faster than I expected!
