Best take-out relatively fast lunch in the financial district – I love the ethic of this place--sustainable food that's relatively inexpensive, quick, and always delicious. (In particular I favor the chicken salad and chicken sandwich; the pizzas are good, but a bit small, and the salads are terrific as well.) Service is prompt, it's busy at lunch, the people are friendly. "Hot Niman Ranch Ham and Cheese"... – The ham and cheese sandwich at Seller's Market is hands down my favorite lunch in the Financial District. This place has the freshest salads, best tasting soups, and the mini cupcakes are unbelievable. Each time I go there, the service is always prompt, and the staff is friendly. They have great quality food all-around, so you feel good about eating it. This is a great spot, and I have made it one of my weekly lunch staples! You won't be dissapointed once you try it!

My new favorite lunch destination... – A friend recently recommended that I try Sellers Market (SM) for lunch. Wary of any venue that was formerly a Briazz (pre-packaged, overpriced EVERYTHING), I was delighted with my experience at SM. The service was quick (even with a moderately long line ahead of me) and friendly, the menu was unique yet familiar (the artisan concept is relatively new to me, but I'm on board!), and the price tag was very fair, given the quality. Unique Downtown Utopia – If your a foodie and you work downtown you know that finding tasty, well prepared, unique fast food is hard to come by that is until Sellers Markets opened. All the ingredients at SM is organically grown and the meats are all Nieman Ranch. Expensive for average tasting food – I ordered a Pancetta Cobb salad for $7.95. The mixed greens were fresh, the pulled rotisserie chicken lacked any flavor, and the house vinaigrette was average at best. Overall the salad did not impress me at all. This is something that isn't worth the $7.95. There are many other places in SF that serves better salad at this kind of price.

Slow and overpriced – While their food is fresh, it is very expensive and takes way too long- the wait for a take-out salad or sandwich at lunch can easily be 20 minutes..
