I've had numerous poor experiences with Sellers Buick-GMC, but my latest experience has been the worst one yet. I've given them ample opportunities to redeem themselves, but the level of service from them continues to be lousy. In my latest experience with them, the service department had my vehicle over the weekend and left the sun roof open. It poured. They returned the vehicle to me with the interior flooded, and standing water in the cup holders. Further more they've failed to make things right after trashing my vehicle.... read more

I was undecided about purchasing a new car or keep my Saturn Aura. Andrea Hajciar was extremely patient over several months maintaining respectful contact through email with a few offers. I appreciated her "no pressure" approach unlike other dealerships I visited. She spent a lot of time reviewing prices, lease or purchase. I love my new Encore....great price that included very fair trade in for my 2008 Aura. Thank you Andrea and Sellers Buick!
