Big thanks to Tom English, and the whole Sellers crew, for not only getting me into a new Terrain, but also getting my husband into a new Acadia. The whole process was seamless and easy. When we came to pick up our vehicles, I was prepared to be there for hours on end (as was the case the last time I purchased a vehicle), but was pleasantly surprised to not be. The environment was friendly and warm, the sales guy Artie was knowledgeable and did not rush me into anything. They answered all my questions and then some. As I left the lot, I felt confident that I got an amazing deal and that this car will last for a very long time.
Everybody was nice and pleasant although I was there for 2 hours to get an oil change.
Although I knew by not having an appointment, I would be there over 3hrs. What I didn't like was the so called car wash. My back window looked like mud was smeared across it. There was an oil print left on my door inside under the handle. I have had excellent service from other dealerships. Especially when it came to the interior of my car. There should be car in not leaving oil inside nor outside of anyone's vehicle.
