Working with Sam at Sell That Mess has honestly been easy peasy. We do all the furnace repair work for them and they keep us pretty busy with the amount of properties they’re buying in Seattle, South Seattle, Kirkland, and Tacoma. This company is the best option if you need to sell your home. A lot of offers come in when you're looking to sell, but closing on the deal is whole other issue. Cash For USA Homes closes fast, they have great customer service, and they treat you like a client. I'll definitely be calling them to sell my other rental properties, and you should too!
