RecommendedI went in to fix my daughter’s iPhone 7, and the young man was courteous and very professional. I told him it wasn't charging, and we both agreed more than likely a bad charging port. He ran a diagnostic and found out was indeed the port swapped it out, and the phone is as good as new and charges perfectly 💪 I would highly recommend 😊

Customer service is amazing! I’ve been in three times and each time I leave satisfied. Today I was prepared to buy a new phone and instead I was told my problem could be solved for way less. I could’ve been sold the phone and wouldn’t have known any better but, instead they were honest and fixed my phone issue.

Quit selling counterfeit apple products. Bought airpods for my son dec 24th they quit working Feb 20th took to apple store and was told they are counterfeit. Owner asked if I wanted knock offs or the real ones I said real and paid $140. He said without box he could not return or exchange them because he didn't have serial number however it is inside the case and on headphones. So I'll just report him to apple.

I came in on November 4th to have my screen and lcd replaced on my iphone 7 plus phone. Here it is not even a month later and my front camera has stopped working unless I press real hard on the top of my screen. I'm returning to have it fixed but not returning after that. You can fix the issue you created, but I won't be a loyal costumer.
