I lived here almost a year and the experience was worst. As soon as my lease ended I moved elsewhere. Management was very poor, some staff was responsive but that was very rare. Other staff was behaving like they were owning the property. Cleanliness was the main concern as always there was unpleasant smell in lobby and elevators. Even so many time homeless people were seating in lobby, parking and stairs but staff never cared. I hope this information might help you to choose your next move wisely.
I have been in this building for 4 years and it is absolutely disgusting, all the good cleaners quit Because of new management in the office You report something and all they say is we will look into it. So many druggies in this building and according to my lease it states if people are disturbing your peace and quit they can be evicted, Well nothing has been done The Selkirk and Forsyth are the worst Homestead buildings, I would advise to stay away from here
The management at this building serves people with no trespass orders when they have done nothing wrong. I will never rent from homestead! Impossible to deal with!
I have lived here with RGI for just over 3 years. Where I was living before, the building burned down, and it was mid covid, so we had to take what was offered, thinking new place would be finished in 2 years. This is not happening, and now I am stuck here. It has gotten worse the last year. Cockroach spray notice before I even got anything in my unit.
