Michael is the reason why I am with Seliga. Michael was with another company previously and said company’s owner retired. I trust Michael completely and he is very thorough and explains all repairs. If something needs to be repaired, he will eloquently explain the reason. He takes his time and does not hurry through a scheduled 6 month check up. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael with all my heart!
Wayne was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company because they are friendly, fair and easy to work with.

4 15 2025 update: Seasonal maintenance visit from Philip. Thorough but quick. All done to Seliga's high standards . 4 19 2020. Today Wayne B, Dan S, Joe F, Lawson H and Ferris installed a new HVAC system in my home. I don't believe I've ever seen a better planned and executed job. Polite and technically superb. This is the reason I've been a Seliga customer for something like eighteen years. They always exceed my expectations ... and my expectations are high.
