Missed one appointment and couldn't get in contact to cancel another on a Monday, so they declined my already scheduled appointment, (no call to let me know) and told me that I would have to pay another $400 for my next script. I only got half of the medicine for my first $400. The nurse I spoke to was not courteous, and did not try to help me or keep me as a client. Let me know that SHE wouldn't risk HER licence, when all I did was ask a couple questions. I thought recovery was supposed to be about the client.
