Took Mom here today and was very impressed with the customer service. The facilities are immaculate and pricing is very affordable. Great job!
The positive is that the manager Jonathan is a great guy who really did his best to help me out given the circumstances. But everything else is not great. There are people living in their units which has caused a major rodent problem. Lights are consistently broken and toilet facilities not stocked. And they constantly raise the rent.
Justin and John were awesome! Justin asked me about what I was storing so he could help me find the best unit for me. He showed me my options and I picked the one best suited for me. Justin gave me the run down on how everything works and when everything works. John quickly opened the door for Justin and I when he was blowing the leaves so it wouldnt get in my eyes. They have great customer service. I would definitely recommend to others.
Staff was organized attentive and the facility was clean and up to date with lots of lighting.
