Two weeks AND I STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! I NEED TO CHANGE LOCATIONS THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST !! FROM BEING CLEAN TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE YALL A -50 I would. I’m waiting ON a response from MY EMAIL I’ve sent !
THEY HAVE RATS ! I found rat poop all over my bags ! They never answer the phone!! You can call them 10 times and leave a voicemail unless you call back you won’t be hearing from them. It’s highly unprofessional
