Will and Tasha were amazing! I came in just a few minutes before closing, and they were incredibly patient and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to help me without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Lifesaver! Thanks to Tasha I rented an affordable storage bin after a frustrating experience at another place. It was an easy sign up. The elevator was down in the loading area but they have another elevator in the back and Tasha made sure my move in was easy by considering this factor and placing our unit closest to this loading area. It was clean and very busy but we understood because the elevator wasn't working on the main side. Will highly recommend this facility.
Tasha (the employee there who assisted me) was incredibly helpful in setting me up with the right storage space size, answered all my questions, and was above all very very friendly!
Worst ever experience. Good reviews seem to come those just signing up. Stay there a while and see what happens. Prices go up frequently & excessively. Constant breakdowns of elevator, loading dock doors etc. For long periods no carts. Frequent manager changes. Though often friendly they are hamstrung by Corporate. One former manager erred in handling my account and deleted my entry code. Current manager said nothing she could do. So I couldn't schedule movers. Took 5 days of constant pressure to get it fixed.
