Rodent feces and urine in and on my items. Also, they sold a fellow family member's storage after making a solid payment arrangement. She lost all her memories.
Very courteous and helpful staff. The women at the desk offered me a unit right next to the elevator because the unit I chose online was a far walk from the elevator. I truly appreciate her assistance.
Convenient location and hours. Secure building. Clean, air conditioned and well maintained facility. Liah at Gaither Road is a treasure. Professional in every way she was clear and kind in assisting me to obtain a storage unit. Self Storage Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I will recommend to others.
1st mo. rent was free, 3 mo. later got charged $50 extra without sending any notices… a years later, fee was from $118 to $258,,,. today we moved to different storage company for $144….. btw, there is rat poop, where the rat coming from ?????? can’t upload the video, but yah, there is rat poop
