Great customer service. Helpful in determining my storage needs.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the Self Storage Plus Gaithersburg location. I rent a 10x10 unit and pay close to $300 a month, yet the facility has been extremely poorly managed. One of the two elevators has been broken for over two weeks, and the only working elevator is difficult to reach because the entrance door to it is also broken. Facility is nice and climate controlled. The staff is super nice. They do have a lack of carts for the facility and they do need to sweep a bit more. Other than that great store.
