Not happy at all of the sudden 100% rate hike disappointed!!! If this rate hikes continue as they say every 3 to 6 months I have to find some where else to park.

Steer clear of this place. MD's unregulated rate hikes allow owners to act more like thieves if they are morally bankrupt. Note: I recently received an exorbitant 109 increase and received notice of it on 12/16 due by 12/29. My bill was 209.00. It is now 309.00. They say they send their notices out by mail but why not by email, too --- especially if someone is homeless or out of town during the Christmas holiday (This is not rocket science.).
