We had a good experience so far, mainly thanks to Kerry, the Silver Spring location manager… She’s been GREAT so far. She recently brought to our attention some potential issues we may have with the lock on our unit’s gate. She’s one of the reason we choose “Self Storage Plus”… Kerry has been very helpful, professional and took time to explain things; even when we were still shopping around for the right storage company.
