Can’t believe how easy it was to secure a unit! Everything was digital and clearly spelled out all fine print. I was set up within an hour. The following day I was sent a text with clear instructions on how to access my unit with a door code. They set clear expectations on what’s required to move out knowing I would only be there a couple of months. Such an easy rental process! I made an incorrect selection on the online form and Kim fixed it right away without any frustration or complexity. I was able to rent completely online making my move so easy. Highly highly recommend! Great people and great service!

Clean units, fair prices, good location, secure, friendly and helpful service, and best of all... you can talk to a real person without jumping through a million hoops. I will definitely use them again in the future when I need a storage unit
