Renting the storage units was very easy. I was unfortunately not able to use the qr code when checking out, but was able to get ahold of a person to have them Help me check it out. I would use them again.
I would first like to thank and acknowledge representative MARIONE 🥰 (from the Headquarter offices). She quickly and efficiently modified my unit specifications (i.e. size and closest access location). She was an absolute joy to speak to. I greatly value and appreciate her assistance. She also clearly explained the facility logistics so I would know exactly how everything is set up and so forth. Such information tremendously helped me upon my move in today (3/3/26). I had a minor issue with pricing and Mary from customer service listening to my concern, addressed the issue with management and followed up with a reasonable solution. Mary advised she would discuss my issue with management and get back with me. As she said she would, , Mary followed up in a timely manner.
The storage unit is relatively nice. It had a weird smell to it and the bugs were pretty bad. Even had a few scorpions get into my things. The air sometimes didn’t really feel like it was working but I was told it was. I think the price should be a lot less. I have paid less for bigger units in other cities. I liked that it was gated and almost every time I went I never saw a ton of people. And it’s in a quiet area.
