Renting the storage units was very easy. I was unfortunately not able to use the qr code when checking out, but was able to get ahold of a person to have them Help me check it out. I would use them again.

I've used click storage for a couple months now and it has been the best Self Storage experience I've had ever had. The staff is highly professional and attentive there's multiple ways to interact with them. Marvin just help me out today and it was fast and professional as always

Marvin was an excellent customer service representative! He was very helpful with my needs and very considerate of my time. I asked for a call back today at 0800 and he called promptly. I love they have a texting feature! We were also able to see the unit before renting. Very seamless process! I would highly recommend!!
