We started out paying $138/month for a 10x10 unit. We are now at over $250/month. They say they raise it to meet market prices yet you can literally go online and rent the same unit for $138. I do not recommend renting from a place that does not take care of current tenants. You'd think less turnover is better.
Ken is super helpful. We wanted to consolidate two storage units into one larger unit. He provided us with all of the available options, walked us to each of the units and made the entire process very easy. Definitely happy with the facility and even more happy with Ken's terrific support.
