Easy Peasy. The on-site attendants on May 2, 2026 were very helpful, informative and accommodating. When I arrived at the storage facility, it was very very busy with many vehicles parked in the lot. One of the lot attendants moved a rental trailer so that I could park my mini van close to the entranceway. This made the process of moving big, heavy things out of storage very easy and timely for me. A small yet very generous and courteous gesture like this goes a long way to build brand loyalty.
