When my wife and I walked in, there were four or five customers in the lobby. When Joey walked in, he took over all three computer stations getting everybody checked in and reading contracts and getting signatures from everyone. Initially, we were there just to rent a trailer for the day to move to a different storage unit but after seeing how Joey worked, we decided to get a storage unit at U-Haul. I was not given correct information about not having access until 10pm which is stated on the paperwork I was given . I returned with a full truck of stuff and movers the same day at 5:15 and could not get access because they are “under construction “ and the office had closed. I asked if management could be contacted since they had just closed to allow me access to at least unpack truck . I was told no. I've had a positive experience with everyone I've encountered so far at this Uhaul. Each of the three that helped me have gone above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. I especially want to thank Emily- she's been so patient with all of my questions each of the times I've been in and she been upbeat and positive.
