When my wife and I walked in, there were four or five customers in the lobby. When Joey walked in, he took over all three computer stations getting everybody checked in and reading contracts and getting signatures from everyone. Initially, we were there just to rent a trailer for the day to move to a different storage unit but after seeing how Joey worked, we decided to get a storage unit at U-Haul.
