I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the U-Haul location in Downtown Los Angeles, situated on Arapahoe Street. I have been a valued customer since November 2023, occupying a unit there. However, I encountered significant inconvenience during the move of my belongings up five flights of stairs due to the elevator being inoperable.
