John and his assistant manager are awesome. They added to my experience as a transplant from Atlanta to Tennessee they help make it easy breezy ! John help me through every frustration in this moving process and so did the assistant manager when John wasn’t available. They always smile and its natural very accommodating considerate and their posture is consistent This team and the customer service they provide is elite! Every U-Haul store should have clones of the two . Magnificent Service ‼️
