The associates at the front office were so friendly and helpful! They made it super easy to secure a unit and show me how to use the security card.
Uhaul had a few glitches bad employees telling me I couldn't check in at their address, management not caring and giving me dirty looks and bad information but one employee by the name of Gerald was their to take responsibility even when I was dealing with someone else being lazy. I was never more impressed by someone's character and iniatiative to do a good job. It's to Gerald's credit alone that I received a happy customer service experience.
