This facility has been the only place we have had issues with and we have done this for years through the storage auction websites this place has been a joke from the beginning from not being able to make the transaction smooth coming in the door workers not knowing what to do and end the end stealing money from us. Manager was very professional and respectful he made our experience very good where we felt comfortable and safe to rent a unit from the way he gets along with his staff was inspiring we are relocating and at first I was annoyed that the storage was not the closest one to our new home but after meeting the staff I didn’t mind and bonus points they are all dog lovers I would love to join the staff as a new employee if they are hiring that how good of an impression they have given me and my husband
