I rent trucks frequently and have had great experiences at other locations. This location however is TERRIBLE. The charged me for Safe Move insurance, which I had specifically declined. Furthermore, they billed my employee, not the card that I had on file with them, with which the reservation was made. Mistakes happen, however the real mistake is working with this location as they DO NOT pick up phone calls, nor do they return calls.
