Excellent facility, staff took the time to review procedures, and management placed a follow up phone call to check if all was in order. They also helped with a few challenges I had. In view of my situation, the staff was able to get find a storage unit closer to the loading point. They did an excellent job!
Tim was great! He saw the size of the truck I rented and the stuff I was carrying so he recommended a bigger unit which was perfect. I was satisfied with the deal they had which was free for a month. Easy access 24/7 and quick customer service when needed.
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—concise, clear, and efficient. The truck was clean and well prepared, with additional equipment already available to use if needed for an extra charge. The entire process was straightforward and very well organized.
Gentlemen were incredibly helpful. Answered all my questions and eased my concerns.
Absolutely wonderful people running this location. I had a great experience! Highly recommend!
