I have been impressed with how helpful everyone has been. Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name that handled renting the units to me but he was so nice and laid back. He explained everything to me on how to enter the units and the property. Also, he made sure I was happy with the location of my units. I would give him 5 stars. I have 3 units but one of the units was accidentally put on auto pay. The manager and the lady whom was first day on job were outstanding. They took me to view options and explained system. Made sure all my needs were met. More than just a professional interaction, a personal and sincere display of concern and courteousness.
The lady at the front desk is awesome. Very helpful along with the rest of the staff who are extremely friendly. I only stayed for 2 months but it was such a stress free easy stay. Any issues I encountered along the way were handled same day or within 24 hours. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Good job guys.
