Difficult set up process. Already had a unit and waiting for a bigger unit to come available. Was told 3 would be but had to wait an extra month. Had to pay a second deposit because I got another small unit. Reread paperwork after signing up for it and they didn't even pro rate the few days of month that i didn't use. Customer service is very friendly, but having to go into the urgent care and call to even have the doors open is poor system for a storage company. What this place fails to tell you is that your unit is guaranteed to flood with several inches of water and ice during the course of winter. The owners are aware of this problem, failed to disclose this to me in the beginning, and proceeded to tell me to get in there with some ice melt and a pick axe and chip away at the ice that has destroyed and ruined my househoold goods, then put it all up on pallets.
