very friendly and helpful
Today was a great experience with Stephaine and Christina. Stephaine showed my wife and I a unit that whould work for our needs. She went over the app and walked us through the entire process. We are very impressed with the both of them. This facility we highly recommend to others.
Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and Stephanie seems like an upfront manager. She also gave me a lower rate (than usual) for a limited time when I wanted to switch to a smaller unit. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back... read more
