Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back into my car to come back the next day. I share a unit with my roommate and it has great space for regular sized storage boxes to be on both sides and still have good walking space in the middle to move stuff around. I met Stephanie King at the front desk and she is very helpful and friendly! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking!
Store very clean. Stephanie and Christina have helped me many many times. I have been a customer since Feb. 2021. I just come by sometimes just to say hello.
