Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and Stephanie seems like an upfront manager. She also gave me a lower rate (than usual) for a limited time when I wanted to switch to a smaller unit. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back... read more

Used this storage unit for over 6 years (when they first opened) and the service and innovation as well as the facilities improved from opening. The customer service was flawless and the price justifies the quality!
